Donna received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany and her Master's Degree from Utah State University. She is currently a doctoral student at the College of William and Mary located in Williamsburg, Virginia. Her doctoral dissertation (a work in progress) is entitled Homogeneity in Heterogeneous Environments? An Analysis of Generation Theory Applied to College Generations. Donna has worked in various higher education administrative capacities at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, New York, Colorado Northwestern Community College in Rangely, Colorado, Utah State University in Logan, Utah, Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan and Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia. Donna has been married to her husband Jerry for 18 years.
