The speaker for our January 21st luncheon is Dr. Marcus Peterson, M.D. Dr. Peterson is a first class, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. He began his education at Brigham Young University and continued at the Edward Hebert School of Medicine. He completed general surgery internship and residency as well as plastic surgery residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. He practiced as a General Surgeon for 4 years, and has been in practice as a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon for the last 10 years. In 2008 Dr. Peterson was awarded the honor of being named one of America’s Top Plastic Surgeons by the Consumer Research Council of America. He served in the United States Air Force from 1982 to 2004 achieving the rank of Colonel. He is certified with The American Board of Surgery and is an active member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, A Fellow of American College of Surgeons, and a member of American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Peterson and his wife Tami have 5 children and live in Washington, Utah.
