Lynn Driggers will be speaking at the November 14th luncheon. Due to her passion for fitness and nutrition she feels strongly about sharing her knowledge in these areas with others. She will cover the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, tips on how to fit fitness into a busy schedule, easy healthy cooking ideas, tools for self motivation, and techniques for stress management. She is determined to convince woman that they owe it to themselves to do what it takes to live a healthy, vivacious life!
Lynn has been certified by the American Council of Exercise as a personal trainer for five years. She currently works with clients at Spirit Fitness in CedarCity, as well as training clients in their homes. Lynn also teaches yoga and Pilates classes at Spirit Fitness and the Janet-Lynn Yoga Studio in Parowan. She has taught Power Yoga at Sage Hills Yoga Studio in CedarCity.
Lynn has been an endurance sport enthusiast for many years, completing several marathons, triathlons, and adventure races. This past April she finished her first Ironman triathlon in Tempe, Arizona. Over the past few years Lynn has worked as a white water rafting guide in Moab, Utah, and as a ski instructor at Brian Head Resort. She also enjoys many outdoor adventure sports including rock climbing, mountain biking, and kayaking.
The mission of Women in Business is to support the functions and activities of the Cedar City Area Chamber of Commerce. The Women in Business organization provides business and professional women in Iron County with a venue for networking, education, and community involvement.
Requirements for Membership
Women in Business is one of the few organizations that doesn't require membership dues. The only requirement is that your place of business is a member of the Cedar City Area Chamber of Commerce.
